Our family has been through so much in the last 2 years..work injuries, job losses, additions to our family and all of this has left our home in neglect. Since our son was born w/a serious heart condition it is necessary that we fix up this old house for his health as well!! My older kids deserve it too, all three are honor students in school and there rooms need organization since there are 2 kids to each room!! THEN: 4 layers of wood flooring, 7 layers in the kitchen, 2 layers of drywall on walls & ceilings, walls that were 5″ too short and unsupported, mold, ruined cabinets, unsafe appliances, etc.
NOW: no floor except the new joists & a few sheets of plywood, no walls or ceilings, a new roof from Home Depot, that’s it.
We GUTTED the old and need to put in the new…but that requires money. We’re just asking for the necessities here!
