I’m planning on buying a phone that cost $150, but I don’t have a credit card. SO I was thinking about just buying 3 $50 dollar gift cards.

You can use as many eBay gift cards as you wish. Just enter the Redemption Codes when you check out with PayPal.

If you don’t have a PayPal account you can "Sign Up" (tiny print) for one at the top middle of this page

Redeeming a gift certificate, gift card, or coupon

1.Click the Pay now button for the item you are buying.
2.Enter the redemption code from the gift certificate, gift card, or coupon in the "Redemption code" field at the bottom the page and click the Apply button.
Tip: If you received your redemption code online, it’s easier to copy it and paste it into the “Redemption code” field instead of typing it.
3.Click the "Update Total" link to see your new total.
4.Complete your purchase. If the value of your gift certificate, gift card, or coupon doesn’t cover the total price of your purchase, you can pay the balance with your PayPal account using your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card.
