I need to get a R4DS without using my mom's credit card and I was wondering if they accept the visa gift cards?

As long as they accept visa credit and debit cards, you should be able to use your visa gift card. However, before you do that, make sure you register the gift card with the card issuer (add your name and address to the card), otherwise, it may be rejected when you use it online.
